A new year brings the end product of a project which I was lucky enough to be apart of. Teenage Wildlife created their music video for song Come on and Shoot visualised, created and directed by the A-MAZ-ING John Wright photographer to the stars. John Wright approached myself not long after working with him for a job last year with Kymberly Wyatt and Nikon, whereby he wanted to make a music video based around me as the featured dancer. After a rehearsal day and two days shooting the final product looks SUPER COOL! Thankyou again to John for giving me the opportunity and thankyou to Glenn for helping put the vision together.

CHECK IT OUT :)

After returning home from Ibiza 2 days ago; I was lucky enough to go straight from the airport to day 1 of rehearsals for my next job. I made my way to famous studio 5000- Elstree way for a rehearsal and pre-lighting day for a Nikon/John Wright collaboration for Nikons newest viral commercial. I arrive- warm up and learn choreography to dance with a MOVING ROBOT! Choreographer and friend Glenn Ball put me through my paces and helped me prepare for the long shoot day ahead of me the following day.

For the shoot I was Pussycat Dolls- Kymberely Wyatt’s body double who at 5 and a half months pregnant still looked and moved amazingly. There was certain tricks and moves with the robot that it would not of been safe of physically possible for Kym to do whilst pregnant which is where I came in handy.

I had a FANTASTIC day with the whole team especially Mr John Wright- photo/film/camera expert who made the day run smoothly and full of entertainment.

This week I am away with the AMAZING Girly Show. A dance show full of super talented girls from all over London who travel the world working for South African client “Shimmy Beach”. After a week of rehearsals last week, we jetted off to show IBIZA what we are all about. With some old and some new friends I have never felt more excited and welcomed by a group of such amazing and beautiful girls. Mornings by the pool, afternoons in rehearsals and then putting on a show in the evenings along with photo shoots and beach promos I am having a fantastic experience.

Shows at Ibiza’s hotspots such as Lio, KM5 and Blue Marlin along with nights out at Space, Ushuaia and staying in the BEAUTIFUL DESTINO Hotel- I really do not want to come home to the UK weather. I already cannot wait to work with The Girly Show again. A big thank you to Laura Jayne Smith and Emma De Vees, for making this possible.

Check out some shots of the amazing week away.

Me again and this time I am SUPER excited to tell you all that after a tough and long audition day at Studio 68 last sunday I have just been signed by the wonderful London based DANCERS INC.

Thankyou to Chris, Beth, Beebs Kaye and the rest of the guys for having me!

Thankyou all, I cannot wait to work with you all.

Fresh from working with the Kiesza crew, I have been working on the brand new music video for The Kooks for the past couple of weeks. Due to illness of lead singer (Luke), it was pretty manic trying to make things work with rescheduling happening daily with rehearsals and shoot dates… BUT… WE DID IT!

The music video was shot yesterday at the Excel Centre, London where myself and 7 other girls took the set looking THE SAME. I literally could not tell the difference.

Choreographer Holly Blakey had a huge task at hand with a mechanical camera moving at one set pace in a circular motion with the band and us all in shot. Lots of obstacles, changes and things to think about the girls and myself had to stay on the ball throughout. After a few rehearsals and one super long shoot day we finished the shoot. Look out for it coming to the screens soon. The Kooks- Forgive and Forget.

Super excited to tell you all that I have just been signed by the wonderful London based AMCK Dance/Model agency.

Thankyou guys, cannot wait to work with you all.

Less than 48 hours in Rome, Italy and it was super fun! I have been lucky enough to join the KIESZA crew to perform her set at the CocaCola Summer Festival in the heart of Rome.

We arrived Friday, rehearsed, tech run on Saturday AM and already thousands were turning up to see the show which seemed to have a great lineup.

Back to hotel - wardrobe, hair, makeup and back to the stage we went. A great performance and even got chance to shop in Rome and visit the beautiful Colosseum- All of this with some great friends.

Thanks Kiesza!

Check some pics I managed to get.

London here I come after an amazing few days in the Beautiful place that is Malta. My first time there I got to spend it with the KIESZA crew which was so fun. We took off from Heathrow after a very quick rehearsal to learn the full Kiesza set to perform her 30minute set for this years ISLE OF MTV festival where we were on a lineup along side- Dizzee Rascal, Enrique, DJ Hardwell and the beautiful Nicole Scherzinger.

After one rest day it was time to hit rehearsals and make sure the show was ready. The night after it was SHOWTIME!! That feeling of performing in front of tens and thousands of people never changes for me no matter how many times I get the opportunity to do it. Such a great week and even got to hang out with old friend Kane Silver who was over from LA and dancing with Nicole!

Thankyou to the Kiesza crew and MTV for having me!

I think tonight's performance and the whole experience was probably the best to date.

Tonight I performed for the first time for Kiesza and the amazing Wembley Stadium at this years Capital FM Summertime Ball. Along with some amazing friends on our performance I also got to watch so many of my other super talented friends dancing for the likes of Rita Ora, Iggy, Cheryl, Little Mix and more. I cannot begin the explain how much I enjoyed today's show.

I have one person to thank at that's my amazing friend Bly Richards :) Thankyou so much for believing in me and making this happen. Loved the experience and loved sharing it with you too. First time being able to perform with you- let's hope for many more.

Just finished a LONG but great day with an amazing group of girls. 3 weeks of rehearsals to prep for this years first round of Sky 1's Got To Dance. A big thankyou to Kash Powell for asking me to be apart of such a great project and wanting me to represent your choreography.

Thankyou to East London based rapper Yungen and SUPPLY & DEMAND for todays video shoot. Modelling in the model of nowhere today was pretty fun! Hooked up by JD Sports with some fresh gear. Look out for the finished vid.

This week I have been shooting the brand new H&M campaign - Fashion Statement due to hit screens at the end of August.

2 days of rehearsals and a 2 day shoot in west London along side a beautiful friend Leanne was loads of fun! 3 girls and myself worked along side French choreographer Olivier and the face of H&M to put together a groovy, old school HipHop feel for the commercial. Kitted out head to toe in H&M's beautiful clothes and so well looked after I had a great time.

Thankyou for the gifts h&m. Check out some pics and footage below.

Thanks to LOREAL and LJR Hair for styling me and having me for the live hair show tonight at The Duxford Imperial War Museum.

See you guys again soon.

Hey guys, back on set again this week for Ministry of Sound. Love working with this team. This time something a little bit different; it is their London Marathon Running Trax Album and we were travelling around London’s marathon hotspots to shoot. Full of normal London madness, dodging commuters, tourists and their camera clicks it was a pretty tough but cool day. Stopping by at Tower Bridge, Buckingham Palace, Southbank and many more of London’s famous spots along with male model Andrew Hampshire I had a super fun day.

Look out for the commercial release later on this month; I will post it on my show reel page as soon as I can.

Thanks for the ride Ministry of Sound.

Just finished a great few weeks with Sony Playstation working on their new game coming just in time for Christmas this year. Sony Dance Star Party HITS. Intense rehearsal days made so much fun by Carrie Ann whilst working alongside Pete and Carlos- I had a great time.
Thank you Sony and thank you ZOONATION for representing me on this job.

WOW WOW WOW- So the last couple of days in fact couple of months have been pretty manic and now it’s all over I want to-  start the whole process all again. The London 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony- Thanks Tim with Kenrick Sandy as a lucky professional cast member I have had quite the journey.

After getting the email to say I had got the job, I was excited for something new, something large scale and anything which meant I got to work with Kenrick Sandy (Boy Blue Entertainment) again. A huge, huge part of my dance life, journey since the age of 12 I couldn’t wait to work along side him in such an amazing project. Until you are apart of such a large scale project like the Olympics most people (including myself) are so oblivious to just how tough it is for a choreographer/creative to put on a show like that.

Weeks and weeks of 9am-5pm rehearsals with some amazing friends old and new, fittings, tech rehearsals at the stadium, 2 dress runs and a camera run- the show was about to happen and all I could not wait!! I could hear a loud, sold out London Olympic stadium and I wanted this performance more than anything. It was over in a flash and all I wanted to do was do it all again. The ceremony finished, fireworks lit the sky and me and TEAM KENRICK headed to the after parttyyyyyyyyy!

Check out some snaps and video footage I found.

Thankyou again to Ministry of Sound for a great day on set for their very first Digital Launch commercial. A funfilled day on a green screen set.

Check out the Brand New Running Trax Album hitting stores soon.

Last night I performed my first crew piece for 3 years and enjoyed it just like I used to. I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity by Kenrick Sandy; director and choreographer of Boy Blue Entertainment to perform at Kymberley Jays SERIOUS ABOUT STREETDANCE at London’s IndigO2.

The 10 minute piece was just perfect to dance; the prep, the leadup and the performance went amazingly well. Look out for the footage up soon. Check out the footage at my youtube account >>>> Sian_Taylor1

Thankyou Kenrick.

THE COLOUR IS BLUE

This week I have been on set shooting a brand new commercial along side a super talented friend of mine Ashley- our first job together ☺ The commercial is set to be on TV screens by the end of the month. We shot Ministry of Sounds Running Trax GOLD compilation album commercial was at Tottenham Hotspurs training ground this week on one very cold and wet day!! Make up and wardrobe in the football changing rooms was a new experience for me in itself! A long, but super fun day on set this week but working with a welcoming, hard working team from Ministry of Sound made it all worthwhile.

Check out the full commercial; which will appear on my show reel page soon.

CHANNEL 4- STREET SUMMER- STREETDANCE

This month I have been given the opportunity to work on an exciting channel 4 project based on the URBAN world with a specific look at Hip Hop / Streetdance. Channel 4 has been travelling around the UK creating a series on careers, hobbies and interests in the Urban scene such as BMX’ing, Skateboarding, Streetdance, Free running, DJ, Graffiti and much more. They have put together a program as part of the series following a group of young dancers based in London and how they train, develop and compete in the Street dance world here in the UK. James- producer of the show was great fun and amazing to work with. He loved learning new things as well as sharing everything he had found out during his time researching other areas in the Urban Scene. Thanks for the opportunity James.

Guys look out of Channel 4’s URBAN SUMMER in the next few months.
